What to include
So we can help on the first reply, it saves time if you tell us:
- the web address of your store, if you have one;
- the email address on your account; and
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
If you bought a template from a store
Stores running on ChargePanda are owned and run by independent sellers. If you bought a template and something is wrong with it, or you want a refund, contact that seller directly — every store has its own contact page, and the money went to them, not to us. Our Refund Policy explains why.
If you truly cannot reach a seller, write to us anyway and we will try to put you in touch.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email contact[at]chargepanda.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We are grateful for reports and we will not take action against anyone who reports one in good faith.

Anything you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords or payment card details by email — we will never ask you for them.
