MVP guideThis guide follows the controls in your Seller Dashboard. It covers the path from connecting a Notion workspace to publishing a product and reading its health result. There is no API integration for you to build and no client secret to paste.
Quick start
- 1. Open Seller Dashboard → Notion and connect your workspace.
- 2. Open Templates and import the pages the integration can see.
- 3. Review each draft, set its price, satisfy the link checks and publish.
- 4. Use Health to see the last result and the exact action for a failed check.
Connection
Connect Notion
Go to Seller Dashboard → Notion and choose Connect with Notion. The button takes you to Notion's authorization screen. Approve the workspace you want this store to use.

ChargePanda creates a signed, short-lived return state tied to this store and your seller account.

Approve the workspace in Notion
Notion returns the browser to ChargePanda. Only pages and databases the resulting integration can see can appear in an import.

Return to your own store
The central return route sends the browser back to the correct tenant. ChargePanda exchanges the authorization code and makes a live workspace identity request before showing Connected.
If the connection expires or its refresh fails, return to this screen and choose
Reconnect. An expired or already-used return link cannot be replayed.
Draft creation
Import templates
Open Seller Dashboard → Templates and choose Import your templates. Import runs as a queued job, and the page reports progress while Notion results are processed.
What it skips
Archived results, objects without a usable URL and pages already imported into this store. Running import again is how you add newly shared pages without duplicating old ones.
Import never puts a product on sale. Every new product is explicitly created as a draft with a zero starting price, even if the database's normal product default is published.

Prepare and publish
Open an imported draft. Set its price; add a short description and cover image if you want them. ChargePanda will publish only while checking is enabled and the Notion link is ready for a buyer.

The duplicate toggle passed or you confirmed it manually.
Automatic checks cannot always prove the duplicate toggle. In that state the template says Confirm duplicate toggle; open it, verify the setting in Notion, tick the confirmation on the edit screen and save again.
Health
Understand link monitoring
Last result recordedHealth shows every imported template, its last completed check and a plain-language fix for any problem. Plans with the re-check entitlement can run checks on demand and are included in the hosted platform's automatic daily sweep.
Healthy
The page is published and its duplicate setting is allowed or confirmed.
Can't check
Notion, its rate limit or the network prevented an answer. A transient failure never changes a previously healthy template to broken.
Broken
A completed check found a seller-actionable problem such as an unpublished, unreachable or non-duplicatable page.
Disabled
You took the template off sale. It is not checked automatically and is not visible to buyers.
A broken result is an alert, not a silent rewrite.
ChargePanda records the failure and the scheduled run emails the seller when a previously
healthy page breaks. It does not silently delete the link or erase completed buyers' access.

Setup FAQ
Do I need a Notion client ID or secret?
No. Use Connect with Notion in your Seller Dashboard. ChargePanda owns the OAuth application and return route.
Why is a page missing from import?
Import can only use pages and databases Notion returns to the connected integration. Confirm the page is available to that connection, is not archived, then run import again.
Does importing publish everything?
No. Every imported item is a draft with a zero starting price. You decide its price and when it is ready to publish.
Can I run import more than once?
Yes. A later run skips page IDs already imported and creates drafts for new results.
Why does a template say Confirm duplicate toggle?
The public link passed, but the automatic probe could not prove that buyers may duplicate it. Check Allow duplicate as template in Notion, then confirm it on the template edit screen.
What should I do if the connection expires?
Open Seller Dashboard → Notion and choose Reconnect. ChargePanda verifies the workspace again before marking it connected.
Are automatic link checks included on every plan?
No. The Health page and existing results remain visible, while automatic and on-demand re-checks require a plan that includes the link-health re-check entitlement.
