01 — Connection

Connect your Notion workspace.

From your store's Seller Dashboard, open Notion and choose Connect with Notion. Notion asks you to approve the workspace, then sends you back through ChargePanda's fixed central return route to your own store.

ChargePanda checks the returned workspace identity before the dashboard says Connected. You do not paste a client ID, client secret or integration token.

02 — Import

Generate drafts from the pages Notion returns.

Open Templates and choose Import your templates. The import runs in the background, skips archived pages and anything already imported, and creates a draft for each usable page or database the connected integration can see.

The title, Notion icon and source link are recorded for you. Every imported product stays off sale with a zero starting price until you review it.

03 — Publish and monitor

Finish the listing, then sell.

Set the price, add an optional description and cover, and confirm Notion's duplicate setting when an automatic check cannot. ChargePanda publishes only when the page is public and duplicating it is allowed or confirmed.

Buyers receive the Notion link after a completed payment through your store. On plans that include automatic re-checks, ChargePanda checks enabled templates each night and emails you about confirmed breakage. A Notion outage is reported as “could not check” and does not turn a previously healthy result into a broken one.
