01 — Connection

Connect your Notion workspace.

From your store's Seller Dashboard, open Notion and choose Connect with Notion. Notion asks you to approve the workspace, then sends you back through SellColony's fixed central return route to your own store.

SellColony checks the returned workspace identity before the dashboard says Connected. You do not paste a client ID, client secret or integration token.

02 — Import

Choose your templates, then import them as drafts.

Open Templates and choose Import your templates. It checks your Notion in the background first, then shows what it found: your top-level pages ticked, and the pages inside them ready to open and pick from. It creates a draft only for what you tick, and checking again only offers what is new.

The title, Notion icon and source link are recorded for you. Every imported product stays off sale with a zero starting price until you review it.

03 — Publish and monitor

Finish the listing, then sell.

Set the price, write a description, add images, and confirm Notion's duplicate setting when an automatic check cannot. SellColony publishes only when the page is public and duplicating it is allowed or confirmed.

Buyers receive the Notion link after a completed payment through your store. On plans that include automatic re-checks, SellColony checks enabled templates each night and emails you about confirmed breakage. A Notion outage is reported as “could not check” and does not turn a previously healthy result into a broken one.
